The monthly Weston Forest and Trail Association walk will be on Sunday, February 1, 2015. The walk will begin at 2:00 PM as usual and will last about an hour-and-a half. Please meet at 23 Laurel Rd. Tail-gate refreshments will follow the walk.
We will walk the Merriam Fields and the northeast part of the town forest. Trail maps can be purchased for $10 at the Conservation Commission office in the Town Hall. Also consider purchasing Elmer Jones’ book Walks on Weston Conservation Land for $5.00. (Edited to show reduced price!)
You do not have to be a member of the Weston Forest and Trail Association to join the walk, but please consider becoming a member. Your membership dues support the maintenance and preservation of Weston’s open space. Please bring your friends. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be on leash.
