Golden Ball Tavern bedroom decorated by WFTA, including conifer blanket and woodland plushies on bed, as well as a black lab plushie with a present. Behind the bed canopy is a birch tree decoration with sparkling lights. Along with other wintry and woodsy decorations, a picture of a snowy woodland scene is on the bedside table, and a small sled is propped up against it.

Please come by “Trimming the Tavern” at the Golden Ball Tavern, featuring festive decorations by Weston’s favorite community organizations, including Weston Forest and Trail Association! For our first year participating, WFTA has chosen “Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening” as our theme — for obvious reasons!

This year’s overall theme is “Red, White and Blue,” celebrating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. Can you imagine our woods 250 years ago?

When: December 6–13, 2025

Hours: 10 AM – 4 PM daily (Sunday closes at 2 PM)

Where: Golden Ball Tavern, 662 Boston Post Road
