Winter Solstice Sunrise Walk, Sunday, December 21st, 2025, 6:30 AM

The Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, falls on Sunday, December 21st. Sunrise is 7:11 AM, with dawn officially starting at 6:40 AM. For those hearty souls who want to greet the turning of the seasons with half-open eyes, join us at the parking lot at the end of Drabbington Way at 6:30 AM. We will hike up Cat Rock in the dark to celebrate the sunrise with hot chocolate.
