Everyone is welcome – bring your friends!.  All walks start at 2:00 p.m. rain or shine and last from 1-2 hours, and are generally followed by socializing either around a “tailgate” or at the leader’s home.  When planning to go an a walk, it would be good to check the “calendar” section of the Town Crier, our home page at www.westonforesttrail.org, or call the Walk Leader, to be sure there are no last-minute changes.  Children and dogs (leashed) are most welcome. Be sure to wear appropriate clothing and shoes, especially in wet weather. If you don’t already have a copy of Elmer Jones’ invaluable book “Walks on Weston Conservation Land”, this is available at Dragon Books in the Town Center, or it can be ordered through the WF&TA membership page at a price of $15.
